On the 3rd January 2019 we Maeda and Associates were engaged by THE HOTELS ASSOCIATION OF TANZANIA (HAT), “the client” to give an opinion on the ongoing compliance campaign and inspection conducted by THE TANZANIA MEAT BOARD (TMB) “the board”, who are also legitimate officials from the ministry of livestock and fisheries. As far as this opinion is concerned the Tanzania meat board and the ministry of livestock and fisheries shall be used synonymously.
