TRA and TCT consultative workshop in New Arusha Hotel, Arusha. The workshop succeeded at explaining to the tax authority the different business modals in the hospitality industry and different business dynamics that exist.A paper was prepared by PWC to assert the discussions.It was a very fruitful engagement.
We now look forward to the TRA workshop to be held in Dar in July. A copy of the letter to the Commissioner General referencing taxation in the tourism industry is included here below.
