The law relating to institutional framework, administration, regulation, registration and licensing of tourism facilities and activities. The law designates the position of a Director of Tourism whose division in the Ministry functions, among others, to facilitate the efficient development and marketing of tourism as well as to promote and encourage the establishment and development of appropriate tourism facilities, activities, and amenities.
