For those members that operate ‘Mobile Camps’ and have recently been visited by National Environment Management Council (NEMC) Officials and received a subsequent letter to pay Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Fees/Charges. please download this word document and send back to NEMC.
This is a template letter that needs you (affected member) to download, paste on your Company Letterhead and complete the appropriate information (in red) before sending.
